Let’s create Open Data Week together!

We invite you to propose an event that would take place during the Open Data Week, March 21-25, 2022.

Open Data Week hosts a wide range of free public events in different formats, all focused of open data. We want to increase the number and the quality of these events, so we are calling our partners to join us in creating a new vision for Open Data Week 2022. We are looking for innovative ideas and suggestions which respond to the needs of the open data community.

We are also encouraging you to suggest content for events that are already funded and those in need of additional funding. The event can be held in any city or municipality of the Republic of Serbia.

NGOs, media, scientific research organizations and companies can propose ideas for this call and UNDP and the Office for IT and eGovernment will choose the events for which the organizational costs will be funded.

The approximate scope of this type of support is up to $2,500.

The organizer of the proposed event has to anticipate all required resources in the application form and has to provide guarantees that they can successfully realize the proposed activities. Submission of the report detailing the realization of these activities is mandatory in case of a positive outcome of the selection process.

The deadline for submission of ideas for the Open Data Week is noon on March 10th, 2022. The committee will choose the best ideas before March 14th 2022. The number of submitions per single applicant is not limited.

You can read more about the selection process criteria here. If you want to apply and propose your idea, you need to fill in this form.
