Belgrade, January 24, 2024 – A four-week training programme aimed at improving employees’ skills in using data analysis and visualization tools, Microsoft Power BI, has started at the premises of the State Audit Institution (SAI).
Eighteen participants will, through intensive practical sessions, master techniques for effective data processing and presentation. These skills will enable them to prepare more detailed and higher-quality reports submitted by the institution to the National Assembly and to inform the public about completed audits, enhancing the understanding and accessibility of their data. The training is led by Zoran Janjić, a Power BI educator.
In parallel with this training, SAI employees will also have the opportunity to attend an online advanced Excel training course. The skills development program for SAI employees in data visualisation and analysis will strengthen the institution’s capacities, modernise its operations, and enable more efficient data-driven decision-making.
This training programme is organised as a part of the project “Open Data for Open Societies”, implemented by UNDP and the Office for IT and eGovernment, with the support from the United Kingdom.
